I ordered combo kurtis on willora.. Paid rs 1068 in cashi was shocked to see the material.. The material rec'd is not the one i ordered. It's very poor quality and very small in size. One cannot even think of wearing it. It's not even worth rs 200sent mail for refunf. But no reply.. It's fraud in india. Plese help in getting my money back. Action should be taken against this company in india.. Please help...

I placed order on willora.com site on rs. 1190 for kurtis for woman. I registered on the site with my phone number. I received my order but it was different which i ordered. Than i post a mail to return it. N drop a massage. But no body to entertain my complaint or problem. There are not poviding there customer service no also. They are nt telling the return process also. Please if the willora is not able to give the best product then atleast...

Im not sure whether they will refund me to this betrayal. It so so much disappointing experiance. Pls dont do this to anyone. We are all taking this effort to make an order, upon the trust on you. So i humbly request you people to dont do this anyone anymore...

The product we received from willora.com was the wrong product i hv ordered 5set kurthas... We have not got which we where ordered n even they are not giving any phone numbers to contact them.. They are looting people's money... And their is no return policy response even after doing complete.. Such a worst app n plz help us to refund i have paid 1590/- and so many other people are also suffering from this. Plz take some action towards this......

I have ordered a set of 5 evening wear kurtis from willora worth rs 1640 on[protected]:13:05. I received the parcel today 4th may 2019 around 1.00 pm today through ecom express courier. The items in the parcel is not all matching with the order. Very very cheap material, worst pattern,
Design and color. 2 of them in fact duplicate. I consider this as total wastage of customer money and kind of getting cheated. I wanted to return...

ISSUE : I had placed an order in willora fashions. they delivered wrong product and not answering for query, there is no invoiceor contact number in parcel, the received order does not match with placed order as well as quality of all kurtis...

On 20 april 2019 i have booked for 3 kurtis worth 1465 on cash on delivery.
It has been delivered on 26 april 2019.
It was completely different product that has been delivered that too with very cheap quality.
I have mailed them several times but on response.
I have called there customer care number many times but they are asking me for the bill no, but they haven't given me any bill at all.

I ordered 4 kutis from Willora but they did not ask for size so I cancelled the order and email them for refund but there was no reply from Willora.then I called their customer care, they told me that they will give the money back instantly and insteadof giving my money back they have debited my entire account balance of rs 48200/-.is there any way to get my money back?...

Willora is fake website we ordered 3set of 4 kurtis but material is so cheap and even not received whichever i selected so and now they did not give reply for returns and refund really such ethics mast have to this website .
they are cheating us so please be aware of this fake weebsite . even they do not give any contact number in that website . only giving email address care.[protected]@gmail.com

I ve demanded a set of long kurtis of 990 of 3 xl size they have sent smallest size of kurti of worst quality material. They even not sharing their contact no on packet not on their site. Thos company is totally fraud. Take action against them they are fooling many o[censored]s. I ve sent messages to their site but they are not answering even. There is no contact no in it....

I ordered a combo set of kurtis (Not in promotional offer) at a website called willora.com... They displayed some combos in which i ordered a set and i placed it as cod on 14th of april. I got the package on 19th april... Through e-com express delivery.. When i opened it there were some other kurtis of cheap quality... So i kept a return order... And i also kept mail to their email provided in their and website and return policy as per their...

I placed an order for a set of 4 kurtis worth 1190. I did cash on delivery purchase and received the wrong products! I received a set of 2 kurtis. The refund policy they have is a spam! I have tried messaging them and mailing in all forums but i haven't received any response or refund. This website should be shut down. They should resolve this and at least refund the people who have been affected by this spam website...

Recently i ordered a set if four kurtis. The order i placed and the order is recieved were completely different. It is of cheap quality and no where matching with the order i placed.
This is very cheap trick to loot money from customers. They don't have even proper channel for return of product.
This is complete and utter nonsense..
Request you to take action on this fraudsters and also facebook for promoting such sites...

I have ordered a set of four long cotton kurtis in an online shopping website called Willora at the price Rs.965. I have got delivery of only two tops which are not the kurtis I have ordered and they are only two. I have emailed about this wrong delivery of the product to them but have not received with any response.
Please do take necessary step to get the justice
