The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

No response to orders
It's been about a month now since i have placed the order. I placed an order(ORDER NO. - [protected]) on Window2india(www.window2india.com) (TOI group) on 28th Sep.,2009 and got to know that it will be delivered within 10 days and after 5 days I started checking with my parents if they received the deliverable or not? I had won w2i voucher worth500 on zapak games.I used voucher in W2I succeefully. My order was placed but later W2I refused to deliver my order.
They said that it was technical fault. You can not use Vouchers for all the products on W2I.
As this site is for gift.I have gifted product to my friend on her Bday. But she didnot get the gift.
This site is spoiling the relations...

No response for the orders placed
I placed 2 orders on Window2india (TOI group) on 4th Dec and got to know that it will be delivered on 12th Dec. On and after 12th I started checking with my parents if they recieved the deliverables or not? They said they have not received it yet. I started follow up with Window2india (sent email to them at [protected]@window2india.com, they do not have any phone number to call) but there was no response after few emails.
