My order which was delivered and sold was badly damaged and not in working condition. There is no response from the website and the customer support mail id mentioned in the site for returning the products and refund of my amount. There is no way other than the mail to get into contact with the customer care personal and they aren't responding via mail....

I ordered a posture corrector from witty cart and it is useless.in the description it says it is a magnetic posture corrector and it is of no use. It looks like they just copied the real product and stitched it. I want to return that product asap.
