There was no linking/self-authorization to getwoo dating app with my paytm account. Even then, getwoo did the renewal of my subscription on july 10, 2019 without asking for my authorization, due to which i lost 300 rupees from my paytm a/c.

Hi sir/madam,

This is to inform that i'm not facilitated your woo service or an app anymore since many month ago. Earlier, i would have registered with my mobile no.[protected] but i don't know today as i recharged my paytm amount. The balance of ₹ 900 automatically got deducted from my account. I think this is really a ridiculous thing happening...

They deducted 400 rupees from my account (Paytm) for renewal of a service without my permission. This is wrong. I want my refund. They cannot this injustice to users, they need to give my money back as it is really wrong.in this way they will be deducting money from my account each month and i will be paying them money for nothing. Please help me, it's a request....

Once I was using this in the month Feb I recharged for subscription of 1month I paid 300 after that when bored with this app in 3 day I deleted my account in month of feb only today morning when I recharged my Paytm wallet with 1000 all sudden get woo deduct 300from my wallet for deleted account and know no response is taken to my concern how you can charge for deleted account without having subscription without asking any permission...
