I ordered patio furniture (Table + 4 chairs) on 31/3/2018 from woody’s and paid full amount of rs.13, 248 by card. My order number is[protected]. Close to expected delivery date got through to them after much difficulty. They said it has been delayed and will be delivered a little late. Again, when it was due to arrive could not get through to them on the phone numbers provided. After many attempts finally got through and the same story...

I have ordered an "aura-3 door wardrobe in dark wenge finish" on 1st march 2018 and paid 14904 through my credit card. They reverted back that they will refund money as they are not able to deliver. Until today no money credited back to my account. I tried with hdfc credit card complaints but no luck in getting refund. I made the payment to hdfc within a month to avoid any penalty from their side.

I placed order for a wooden cot for Rs24800 vide order no[protected] through credit card at Woody's furniture_Mumbai. Past 3 yrs almost Rs1, 50, 000 worth items from them.But this time till date I have not received either cot nor refund amount
in spite of several reminders .

I have booked furniture worth Rs 20650/- from the official website of this company https://www.woodysfurniture.com. The website is not reacheable, also the customer care email ids [protected]@woodysfurniture.in and [protected]@woodysfurniture.in does not exist. Looks like a fraud company since I have booked this order on 12th June and its over a month now. Before this ip address was unreachable i captured the screenshot of the purchase I have attached....

I had purchased 2 products from https://woodysfurniture.in.It's almost 2 months. Since they were unable to deliver the product, they processed refund. Now they are not receiving my calls also....

It's almost 1 month still i didn't receive the products. Daily i am calling and mailing them. No response. Either they are not receiving the call or giving different different excuses. I think it's a spam company. I have done net banking for the products, now i think my money is gone. They are cheating everyone by showing exciting offers. It's a trap. I am one of the latest victims of Woodys furniture. Their website is deceptive giving an impression that they have branches all over India. The sofa set they sent is of poor quality, and all the pieces of furniture damaged in variable degrees – with cracks, breaks, nail marks, chipped and broken wood etc., etc. When I called them to either repair or replace the furniture, they said they would send a carpenter to fix them. Received defective and substandard dining table set. Easy return and 1 year warranty was part of terms and condition. But, company not taking any action. Fooling people seems to be their normal practice. They do not even respond properly.

I had made complain in consumer helpline, but company did not respond to them.

What should i do now? Is consumer forum/court is viable option?...

My order status was changed immediately to "Refund Initiated" by Woodys team even before discussing or any intimation.
Till date I have mailed and called Woodys several times, but still Woodys haven't made the refund.

Extremely horrible customer service. Center table was supplied with cracks in the drawer and scratches all over. Even after 2 months of delivery and complaint, repeated followups, they don't care to either replace or rectify.

Once the product was picked up for replacement, but same product was resupplied just with polish, cracks intact. When confronted, still customer care saying fresh product.

I bought the saba outdoor dining set on september 2017.
I received the set with the top glass broken.
We are in december and still no proper reply = i called 30 times and they just are unprofessional! No one came to fix the set and my glass top is still not replaced! Don't buy from woodys furniture website.

I purchased tv wall unit from woody's furniture and got delivered the product on may 26 2017, few of the products were damaged (Glass & marble stone) and on the same day sent a mail to the team stating the issue and called them. The response from the team was the replacement product will be delivered in 10 days; it took almost 4 months with 300 mails, en number of calls. Got fed up with them...

This is in reference to invoice no.[protected]. The product was delivered a month ago. The above mentioned product, which happens to be covered in glass, is now lacking a few pieces. The side panels have fallen off, reason being that they weren't properly attached. Today in the morning one of the panels fell off and smashed to pieces. I'm very dissatisfied with this product. I request for a repair or a replacement asap....

I bought a sofa set from these guys and got the wrong set of cushions. I have been trying to get these exchanged for nearly two months now but, as many have already mentioned, this company has appalling post-sales service.

No response from call center, no response to emails. Finally someone called rihaan (+[protected] got in touch and said the 'delivery team' will get take this forward.br...

Already for damaged products i have suffered 3 months finally i paid for the damaged goods, and you people confirmed on[protected] that refund will be initiated...

Poor quality furniture no response to ph calls and emails. Ordered a coffee table and the delivery people denied opening it, when opened the next day it was found that its full damaged, wood had bubbles in it, it has scratches on it, also the design not as per the design provided on website... No one receives calls on the customer care numbers provided, no responses to emails written on the [protected]@woodysfurniture.com/ [protected]@woodysfurniture.com......

I ordered a sofa on 09.07 to made full payment. Order #[protected] it was door to door service. A sofa came 21.07, but a courier company didn't agree to deliver it to second floor. A couple day i tried to solve a problem with woodys furniture. They promised to deliver to 2floor. Finally the problem was not solved and i paid extra. When i received product it was damaged, not look like on pictures, quality was very poor, it was not balanced...

Iam from Bangalore, I placed a order for a study table for 7, 196 Rs on 14th may 2017 with order number[protected], and it was supposed to be delivered by 12th june 2017,
but not yet delivered, asked for a refund and no response from them, apart from saying that it is in processing every time.

In the past 2 months i have called them about 20 times and mail them many times, and there support unconcerned and casual tell...

Worst product and worst post sales service... Recently purchased product was delivered as refurbished, wrong color, different material and different design (Probably they send whatever scrap or junk available with them) than it is shown on their website.. Even after repeated reminders over the mail (They neven pick up the call post sales), got standard reply that the product delivered is correct... Never fall in to their trap.....
