I tried to recharge as following, however the amount is deducted from my account immediately but not recharge to the mobile no has been done. It seems something wrong on Provider selection, as far as i remember I select VODAFONE not AIRTEL, but here it come as AIRTEL. I sent/submit many emails to ezrecharge support but not answer or response yet.

Hi,
i am Venkat raju, yeaterday i did a recharge for Rs.1001 through ezrecharge company for where i made a mistake in selecting operator,i.e instead of Vodafone i selected as Videocon and wat worried that my recharge was not happened but their guys really were concerned enough to cal me back and made my recharge successful.., really gud kind of support these guys have....

i had a problem with the website www.ezrecharge.in . in the web site i had recharge my airtel number [protected] of Rs 500/- the money was detected from my account but i had not received the money on my airtel number account . the details are as above.

Recharge my Tata Docomo with 333/- but not credited

I have recharged my Tata Docomo Mobile recharge online for Rs. 333/- on 21.10.2010 for my mobile No:[protected]. But the amount was refilled with the same amount. For the same I have forwarded so many mails to [protected]@ezrecharge.in, the said that the amont was invalid for the same service provideer and they can recharge for alternative No. In this regard I have given my second Airtel No: [protected], but no one...
