They reply me order is cancel but still they did not refunded my money i did not receive any thing update after repeated mails they did not reply. There is no customer support. I paid thought paytm. I have ordered the product from myscreenguard website on september and my product was been lost by courier company and the product was not delivered to me and than the courier company provided me the lost letter, i have mailed the that lost letter to the myscreenguard but still i didn't receive any update from there side, i want my product to get delivered as soon as possible or i want my money back.

My amount got deducted from paytm account (Order no 82950) but no order has been placed. I have contacted paytm they told me myscreenguard has received the amount and tell them to check merchant's bank account.

Please update me with dispatch delivery date.

I have ordered back mobile cover and screen guard - anti glare protector for samsung galaxy j7 prime on 04/06/2017, order id: #72150. As per the commitment on the website mentioned while ordering the product will be delivered within 4 to 8 working days, but till date i have not received it. There is no tracking system available, the status is still showing "processing".

It is a cheap and fraud company.I have ordered (Order ID: 64688 and consignment number, two tempered glass for micromax q391 glass and screen guard, after 7 days, product is not delivered. There is no tracking details in website about current status. They don't care about customer feeling and don't have customer care contact numbers in the website i have try this contact no. [protected] but no response. it is very big fraud and cheater company...

They are fake. Never ever order from them. I have ordered a screen guard and a back cover on 6th sept 2106 order no 48910. I received the screen guard only that too of very bad quality and till date they havnt send the back cover. I have atleast mailed them 50 times but nothing has happened. They arenot even refunding the amount. They have just 1 landline number which they dont answer. They are fake. Dont buy anything from them....

Amount gets deducted from your account and order will never be placed. here is no record whatsoever about orders you place but just your bank statement, which unfortunately is of no use to claim your moneyback. There is no contact number provided for the customer care and just an email id on which you can send n number of emails and no reverts ever. Its a pure fake or scam with small amounts that doesnt...

Vide Order ID: 34964 I had ordered a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Tempered Glass Protector High Definition Premium ( 0.25 mm Curved 2.5 D ) and made the payment as required. Along with this product, I was also eligible for an extra glass protector along with this order. I did not receive the ordered Glass Protector; instead I received one piece of protector film that was not even curved as mentioned. It left a space of almost 10 mm on both sides....

I had purchased screen guard and other accessory with order no. 30108 dtd.[protected] but not received yet. No. Contact no & email id provided. Its totally fraud company so plz don't purchase any thing from this company....

Amount Collected and not delivering the product by MY SCREEN GUARD I have placed an order for Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Premium Anti Scratch screen protector G High Definition in (MY SCREEN GUARD.COM )on 26/07/2015 which was promised to be delivered on 01/08/2015. After the due date when i did not get the delivery and the website not updated so far the details of parcel movement in Tracking options. I Again and Again mail to my screen guard...

I ordered a screen guard on 12th Aug 2015 and also paid the price online as there was no other option. and still i have not received the order past 2weeks. I think these are fraudsters who, on completing transaction never delivers the product....
