We are a Print on Demand printing service house at Kolkata . We have installed Xerox D95 printer serial number of which is ([protected]).
On the last 4-5 occasions we are receiving substandard service from unprofessional engineers who are not even trained to service these machines .
Specially there are no parts provided and we are made to beg for the same inspite of timely payments.

I have purchase a xerox phase 7800 machine from techno pyramid, sco 283, 1st floor, triangle market, sector 118, tdi city, s. A. S. Nagar mohali.in feb. 2018. From the day 1st the machine giving problem of printing light colours. Then i complaint to the company by mail at : [protected]@xerox.com
