I had order 2 products in Yaari app but they automatically cancelled the order but no refund has received...

I took a product but its quality & botton not working, I returned it after 2 days but my money has not come yet

I ordered my products on 16th December. Till now its status is showing "processing". No customer care reply. Auto generated mail says. U will get reply with 24 hrs. But no reply......
