Our business email associated with hindprefab.org is not opening since last month. I have mailed several time to aabaco and yahoo, but still there is no response. Our mail service is hanged up.

yahoo india small business" is doing hosting for our company.our website and email rely on them.
its their routine to deactivate our account stating non payment,though we paid not even a single time,but twice for same account.
when contacted simply said the same,when sent our account statement for proof,apologize name sake,but the worst part is our problem is yet to be solved.
this happen to our company 4th time...

From last one month i am trying to rach yahoo for re-registring my domain and webspace which i have registered one year ago.
As my domain "www.bharattesthouse.com" and webspace is pending for renew...
I want them to just renew the same...
I have mailed 15 times to yahoo id "[protected]@cc.yahoo-inc.com" but no reply is there...
Please help me...otherwise i will loose my...

there is Zero customer support and worst customer friendly company.
I bought a website package from yahoo in last dec 2008 worth 1999 plus tax. i tried and uploaded a few pages on building section. there after always it shows " seraching for updates -- please wait" & i have been waiting for it since last 5 months.
Tried to contact their customer service people by 3 times emailing and " let yahoo call you"...
