Tenure full and final settlement, not received till date, pending 2 months 12 days salary and TA Bills for same eriod, from November 16 to January 17. I was in Maharashtra. Many mails and reminders have been sent, but no response from the company till date. Reminders were sent regularly on mail - right upto December 2017, but no response received as on date from their side....

I aamir rana was an employee of this fake company. Owner mr ajit maheshwari and akash kasaudhan didn't gave fnf to any if their employees. My 2 months salary and 4 months travelling expenses are still pending.
I joined this company on 15th jan 2015 and left on 15 jeb 2017. But till date my salary and traveling expenses are not given to me.
Owner now does not pick up the phone and its said that the company has filed bankruptcy....

I had my phone insured from the company apps you need when i purchased the phone.
My phone had broken down and i applied for the insurance claim.
I registered on the apps you need site and
Uploaded the required documents. My claim got accepted
Since then i have called the company many time but no one picks up the phone. The toll free number is of no use. I get no response from your staff member who insist that...

Im working with this company since last one year.Company hold my salary becoz of daily store visit but no one do this ..after that every employees get their salary instead of me .So plz take action about this.Rules should apply for every one not only one person.No one is responsing.Now tell me the way what should i do and i request you plz take action action against company and hr and seniors all are including in this case...
