Delivery location is near to Professional Courier office, but they are not ready to delivery it, Asking us to come and collect the parcel every time.

not running

My yo bike has not been used for a week. But after charging it yesterday, when i took it for a ride today, it won't move or move at a very slow speed (Slower than a person walking). It was fine a week back. It is not the case that the bike has not been charged enough. The charger showed green when i tried charging it more. What do i do? Taking it to the service center is a little problematic because the bike itself won't move....

poor quality & high cost

Dear Sir,

I have purchased YO Speed bike 3 years before at a cost of Rs.41000. I had run 11000 kms and i had already spent Rs.4000 for repairs and now there is a problem in battery and there have suggested to replace the battery which cost Rs.16000.

The mechanic says normally battery life is upto 3 years and it is a common issue. They are advertising this bike as an alternative petrol and cost saving. but it...

No service facility

There is no service facility for YO bike in visakhapatnam although many bikes was sold in the city initially.
common mechanic are refusing the to repair as these bikes are new and have some complicated circuits.
we are unable to get repair the vehicle for even small problems like punctures of tyre etc.

company should provide service station in visakhapatnam.

I purchased Yo bike batter at a cost of Rs.8000 from Nagpur dealer and within 3 months it started giving trouble and giving mileage of only 15 Kms.Dealer has tried to recharge it but of no use and again it started giving trouble.Dealer just tried to prolong the problem and now he is saying that battery has to be changed.

BAD SERVICE AND FREQUENT BREAKDOWN OF BIKE

Poor Aftersales

I purchase yo-bike Speed from Jindal Plastics, Krishna nagar, Delhi.

A very poor after sales service. The dealer does not respond. He wants free service coupon provided in booklet if you want to continue with your warranty but dont service the vehicle on pretext that this vehicle require no service. He even wants me to pay cash along with Paid Service coupon from booklet if I want to continue with 2 yr warranty but wud not...

I have many problem with the bike
1.They told me that I got the average of 60 km in one time full recharge but when I get the average below 30 km I go to them they ask me that after further servising the average increases but still after all free servicing & 1 paid service the average still between 30-40...
