I am the user of bsnl service provider mob.no.[protected] .i have purchased the yu yureka mobile i am facing the problem of display continously since i have purchased the mobile. as soon as i dialled the outgoing call or receive the incoming call the screen go black and nothing can be seen on the display. even if i tried the on off or volume button, nothing happens and i am not able to see whether my call is going to right person or not. and...

My yu yureka mobile data cable not working so i registered compailnt in yureka care 5 times but i didnot get any respone and delivery of data cable .
