I had recharged my vodaphone postpaid mobile number for rs. 1549/- via mobikwik with transaction the amount got debited from my account, but transaction was not done ...kindly solve my issue......

Money deducted my account 1799...

My money was deducted from bank account for uber eats order. While the order was cancelled by uber eats as the store was closed. I have not got my refund back yet. Uber eats is not even displaying order details on the app. The payment was done through zaak epayment services gateway. This happened on 19/01/20 nearly at 20:15. The amount is rs. 403. The scrnshts of my uber account, bank message etc. Are attached....

I tried ordering food from uber eats. When i was performing transaction, entering otp, the order i placed was not processed/didn't go through. Rather i got the message "alert:you've spent rs.172.74 via debit card xxxx06 at zaak epayment services on[protected]:16:15:22"
The money was also not refunded. I need the refund of the money for the food i didn't order.
