When i made the payment with my debit card, i received a transaction text message as money being deducted which was 701 rupees, but my transaction was shown as failed. I got a call from a lady saying i can get a job in bank, i had to make rs. 10 payment for application form. She sent me a website link on whatsapp. The site was shinebankingjobs.com. When added my debit card details, it asked me for otp and 499 rs. Got deducted. I asked for refund. It again asked for otp and 3100rs. Got deducted again. Please help me and refund my money. I paid through hdfc debit card....

Rs.698.34 was debited on 28th february by zaak epayment services 00230906. Our account is savings [protected] at bank of maharashtra. The amount is debited through atm online transaction.
We have not order nor purchase anything. It seems it is fraud.
Please help me to get back my money. I really shocked to see the debit in my account. I enquirer for details to the bank but they are unable to provide. I do not use zaak epayment...

There are 2 transaction dated 26.01.2020 and 1 dated 28.01.2020 in name of zaak paymentt services but i have not been informed as for what purpose those transaction/ deduction have been made from my account of axis bank. I bought something from the amazon app but for that separate deduction are already being made. I wasn't given any prior intimation of such deduction from my account. I believe this is fraud and i have been wrongly duped....

While during transction amount transfered to zaak epayments services pvt limited please find attachments. Resolve issue. Zaak epayments pvt services limited is fraud transction. I was booking a train ticket, after choosing the netbanking option in the payment, my money was deducted but the ticket was not booked, then i received a message from the axis bank to deduct the rs 424.5/-.
Then i complaint the customer care of axix bank, then they provide me reference no. Jp-c3f3a8dbd20 and said that you have to talk to the zaak epayment services pvt company....

I was ordering food through uber eats, when i selected paytm as my payment mode, all of sudden amount got debited from my card for zaak epayment services and transaction was unsuccessful.
This is not acceptable and the money should be refunded.

Amount: 122.70 which have no reference on what transaction being processed. Please take this up and process the refund....

On 27th august 2019, a total of rs. 139998 had been unauthorizedly debited from my axis bank account in 3 consecutive transactions (Rs.49999, rs.49999, rs. 40000) without my knowledge and consent. I have ordered food at shree anandhas lakshmi mills, coimbatore at 9:50 am through uber eats app. Payment method i used is dedit card, amount 928 is debited but order is not placed. After adding payment details save option is asked. After saving order is not placed. This is extremely unpredictable. If i contact the ordered restaurant he said that he not received any order like that. I also not able to contact uber eats customer...

I was ordering food through uber eats. I received otp and have typed it. It turns out that the money got deducted from my account and the transaction didn't take place. I am getting no response from either uber eats nor my debit card company. It just shows that i have made a purchase at zaak enterprises. But for what? I do not understand why the money got deducted.

I got a link to pay rs.10 as registration and on secured website i entered my otp via internet banking, the transaction showed failed due to technical reason and next minute i can see entire amount of rs.12460/- debited from my account. And showed as payment to zaak epayment services. Kindly help me get my money back i never approved any amount more than rs.10 and these fraudsters debited my entire balance....

I placed an order on 4th november from uber eats and when i was paying through debit card rs 91.24 got deducted when the original amount for the order was also different. I received a message saying that money got debited at zaak epayment service mumbai. This is not acceptable as there is no clear explanation of why money got debited and for what. I want a refund for this....

I have received a text message from kotak mahindra bank at 8:33 pm confirming a payment of rs. 155/- to zaak epayment services which i never made or approved of. Additionally i receive an otp request from my bank for this transaction.
This is fraudulent transaction which has been done without my consent.

Kindly refer my complaint against debited amount Rs 720.15 from my Canara Bank account dated 02 Oct 2019. In that I never used Zaake ePayment services till date especially on 13 Sep 2019 and how it is possible to make debit from my canara bank account with out any transaction on that day and totally not understood.
It is once again requested that the sad amount Rs 720.15 may please be sent to my account as early as possible.

I tried placing an order on uber eats worth rs 515, entered my axis bank details (Otp and cvv) transaction was successful. However, the amount that got deducted was rs 650.41 at zaak epayment services. The order that i had placed via uber eats was never successful, but payment got deducted of a higher value. This seems to definitely be a fraud transaction. I want to dispute this....

I have received a text message from hdfc bank at 4:23am confirming a payment of rs. 273/- to zaak epayment services which i never made or approved of. Additionally i didn't receive any otp request from my bank for this transaction.
This is fraudulent transaction which has been done without my consent.

I just checked my bank statement of kotak mahindra bank and i saw that their were two unknown transactions in my statement to zaak epayment services private limited. Whereas. I have not authorised this payment nor i ever contacted zaak epayment services private limited. How can two transactions got debited from my account, that to all of sudden, early morning which hardly got to my notice at first place....

I am anand agarwal from new delhi. My present complaint is against zaak e-payment services for nonrefund of rs.565.00 debited on 14.07.2019 from pnb account for booking of train ticket from irctc website online where transaction is failed and ticket not booked by the railways. Txn. No.[protected]. I am feeling cheated by zaak epayment services pvt. Ltd.

I was using a debit card to pay in uber app for a trascation of rs 119.66. It was through zaak epayment services on[protected]:04:29. The amount was deducted but not sent to uber. I had to pay again to clear the dues in uber. So for this amount i raised a concern to uber as well as my bank kotak, but didn't get refund. They asked to contact the zaak epayment....

I booked food from restaurant online today. I paid money online through sbi credit card but transaction was not successful. I did a transaction today for my zomato order, the order was of 80rs, when i paid via google pay, the amount of 80 got debited and at the same time amount of 97rs also got debited and it said that zaak epayment has debited this amount. I haven't heard of this before, how can they debit money from my account without my consent and what for? I would like to raise a complaint against this company and it's fraud and want my money back.

I purchased one toy and a mobile phone this month.. Out of those one of the payments goes failed too..... Delivery guy only urged me to use debit card payment in sake of him getting some incentives... Now only got to know that 242 rs debited without prior information thru zaak e payment services... How and why should they debit amount from my account......

My account got auto debited 3 times by zaak epayment sefvices, rs. 123, 95, 152.89 respectively. I dont know what this is for nor have i given any authorisation for debit from my account. I think the bank is looting money from various accounts. Small amounts make larger sum. Please look into the matter and functioning of the company. How can someone deduct from my account without even sending an otp!...

On 22 nd november 2018 zaak epayment services have deducted rs 80/- (Rs 40 each twice) for uber cab service ; from my debit card no...0649 as per details below:

Transaction failed and did not pay money to uber, nor the same is refunded to my account so far....

Pls give me your contact details. Always every time booking irctc ticket money only debit. But pnr num not get. This is all fake &# website. Never give proper mobile num. This web site give all mobile num is not in use. Any commission give irctc. Why this fake company is all allow irctc. So many person so many complient. But all complient never solve....
