    I had made a payment to uber ride on 10.08.2020 through my debit card through uber application who have adopted zaak epayment services.

    The money has been debited by my bank a/c, but it seems that the same has not been paid to uber. Amount Rs 306.

    Please sort out and send the payment to uber immediately, otherwise refund to my bank a/c.

      I have purchased a amazon gift card from mobikwik app for rs.1000 and paid rs.960 from my credit card but gift card not received and transaction showing in mobikwik

        I was doing my electricity recharge and got to know that my cash of 1988 rupees has been debited from my account and the cash is been recieved by zaac epayment services and on the other side my electric bill of 2000 is also paid so i need to know the statement of 1988/- rupees.

          I have recharged 873 rs on 06/07/2020, but recharged had not been processed but money debit from bank account through ZAAK EPAYMENT SERVICES, GURGAON.
          Please help me how I get my refund as soon as possible.

            Respected sir / madam
            Mein cyber crime ka shikar ho gaya hu. Detail niche bata raha hu.

            Meine google pay app download kiya tha.

            Usme jab mein apna bank acount ko activate karne ke liye debit card number,, expiry date, aur piche 3 digit ka number manga ja raha tha.

            Jab meine vo detail dali to error aayi ki "invalid debit card number."
            Phir meine uco bank customer customer care no. [protected] pe mein baat ki to unhone ne mera bank account naam, number, address, debit card pin, aur debit card ke piche 3 digit ka number manga aur meine sab diya.

            Phir customer care person ne sab detail check kar ke verify kiya ki mera debit card number sahi hai.

            Aur bataya ki "google pay me jo error aa rahi hai vo third party app ki error hai."

            Phir meine google pe "google pay customer care number" search kiya usme sab se pehle ek link aayi uspe ek link aayi.

            Meine us number pe call kiya, phone connect nahi ho raha tha.

            Phir mere mobile pe message aaya ki "i will call you right back".

            Phir turant ek dusre number 91 [protected] se mere phone pe call aaya. Meine pucha "google pay ka customer number hai. Usne bataya ha."

            To phir meine complain batayi ki "google pay app ke under account add karte samay meine jo debit card ki detail submitt ki thi vo mangi. Jaise debit card number, expiry date, piche 3 digit ka jo number aata hai vo meine diya. Jaise uco bank customer care me manga tha.

            Errror solve nahi ho pari thi.
            Phir usne muje google play store pe jake"anydesk"app down load karne ko kaha aur bataya ki"mein aapka account is app se error solve karke vahi se online activate kar deta hu"
            Meine app download kiya
            Phir us app me"your adress kar ke ek number aaya.[protected]"vo number usne mere se mang ke mere pass phone pe liya.
            Phir usne bataya ki"ek message aayega usme ek otp aayega vo me du tabhi error solve ho payegi

            "message aaya aur meine otp number diya".

            Phir muje message aaya ki "mere debit card se 19886.00 rs. Ka payment zaak epayment services, gurgurgaon, ko chukaya gaya hai.

            Mein chok gaya meine usko batya" aap ko account activate karna tha. Payment kyu transfer kiya? "

            Usne bataya galti hui hai. Ek message aayega usme se otp aap muje batayenge tabhi aapka paisa vapas aapke account mein transfer kar paunga"

            Koi message aaya nahi aaya.
            Mein call karta raha line busy aa rahi thi nirantar. Phir phone switch off hogaya.

            Tub muje ehsas hua ki kuch galat hua hai.
            Me ek bahoot hi mamooli ek bina family ka akela insan hu. Cycle pe ghum ghum ke khane ki chij bechta hu
            To meri aap se namra vintanti hai ki aap is matter ko dekhe. Aur paisa recover karne ke liye action le.

            Maine is ghatna ka email 11/05/2020 ko l bank ko bhej diya tha.
            Local police station mein bhi complaint 15/05/2020 ko submitt kar diya hai
            Jis mobile no se baat hui thi vo no & whatsApp no [protected] abhi bhi active hai

              Hello, I was trying to make my credit card payment of 5401 towards RBL Bank using Bank of Maharashtra account (4th may 2020). Unfortunately it was debited from BOM but never credited to RBL. upon checking with BOM, it was found that it was credited to Zaak payment Services.

              Please do the needful on an urgent basis.

                  Dearsir i brought to kind notice that from my debit card made payments to the cesc. Mysoreand. Bsnl mysore towards monthly bills. Which credit your accont in zaak epayment services. By wrongfully. Rs.1048/-by the boi kuvempunagar branch mysore. So please reverse same or make payments to concern authority. Make payments in between 9th april and 21th april 20 rs 896/- and rs.152/-. I hope that my request consider at level. Thankyou. Yours suganchand.

                    I have been using mobikwik to recharge where the transaction is done through AXIS BANK NETBANKING which showing as money is sent through zaak epayment services. BUT MY AMOUNT DEBIT IN MY ACCOUNT BUT MOBILE RECHARGE NOT DONE.
