I have ordered two covers with order id - 1015777, on 17th nov 2019, which was sent via fedex with shipment no.[protected].
For your reference it was supposed to be delivered by 26th november 2019, and tracking that order it showed that it has reached town nearest to my location by 22nd november itself. And since that day it's there only. They have not delivered it, and since 26th i'm getting messages like delivery has been rescheduled due to my availability, ir any other reason, but its not been delivered yet. They have never attempted delivery, nor they have contacted me.
Today i got message that it will be delivered by today, even tracking is showing that product is on the vehicle enroute to my address, but it didn't came and again its showing the previous location.
Seriously whether you guys are making customers fool, as i'm being hopeless here, and i've never seen such a worst service in my experience.

I have ordered for 6 mobile covers on this site 4 days back. Now this people they dropped me an email with the details and a shipping id on xpressbees.
But the id is fake, there are no details when you search with it.
The payment was mode was online.
The customer care number is always switched off, or the person will disconnect the call.
It is completely cheating.

I have placed an order Back Case for Samsung Galaxy A7 2016 on December 28th with orser id 1295585 but up to now no update is provided by the zapvi team i have already done with my payment of 159/-

I had ordered a mobile cover from this site @zapvi on 9/9/19 and i haven't recieved my product yet and its showing it has been delivered.
I complained several times but no response from them.
I want my money back.
Please ban this site so that they don't thug more people. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible your efforts will be appriciated.

I ordered vivo v15 pro 11d temper glass for my mobile. Rs-89+40 shipping charge total amount rs-129 debit my account in zapvi on 10/09/2019 i have received on 13/09/2019 but i received ordinery temper glass. That ordinary temper glass is not for my mobile phone model temper glass

I have placed one order on there website and there is no way to contact them for the same. There is no way to create an account to cancel order. There phone number is always switched off. There emails addresses are fake.
They just accept the money and vanish.
I have taken the screenshots of there fraud. Kindly don't even try to buy anything on there website.
Report there instagram, there website. And be safe from these fake site who doesn't provide cash on delivery.

I uave experienced the same kind of problem with me
I purchased a back cover three days back where it is mentioned that you will get this item in 3 working days I call on there customer care number is continuing switch off I want my back cover as early as possible and after this I will make a huge complaint in Labour court and consumer forum

I am not been able to contact them since the day i placed my order. I worried about my money. Either they deliver the product or they refund the amount.

Even I am recently victimized. In my case they accepted the order, I did the payment. They processed and have even given me the AWB No. of XpressBees but the status from last 3 days is No Data Found on XpressBees website. I the contacted courier company and they confirmed that my package has not been handed over to them. I have continuously trying to contact their given mobile but nobody picks up the same.
Seems like a fraud website like everybody is saying. I'm gonna sue them to the consumer court if not get any revert within 2-3 days.

Zapvi looks like Kgprinton.com who just sell mobile for 3-4 month then after assurance of customer they took prepaid orders and run away.
No one can contact them and website is down too. Don;t trust they can run away suddenly.

Bought two OnePlus 8 covers, and one of them doesn't fit in. Asked them for replacement through email, even shared the video and they ask me to press them properly ..

I Had Ordered Two Back Covers And A Flexible Screen Guard From Zapvi. Done The Payment And Received A Message That I'll Be Shortly Notified About When The Delivery Is Going To Take Place. I Had Done It On February 1st 2021 And Till Now Haven't Received Any Message. Now When I Open The Site It Shows That The Site Has Been Suspended. I Want My Money Back As I Had Done It Via Debit Card As There Was No Cash On Delivery Mode.

Zapvi company is a fraud company, they take money but never deliver product

I have recieved the delivery. It's really worth it. I too got scared after reading all the comments and reviews about the company and I never expected the delivery itself. Thanks to Zapvi that they delivered.
Dear Govt please block this kind of fraud sites. Before booking it shows 4-5 days delivery after booking they will not give any confirmation about the shipment. After 3 or 4 days the send message that order accepted. I booked on 14th jan but they given expected delivery date is 28th Jan. I am not sure about their genuinity, this sites operated by frauds i think. Please do not use their service, it's waste of time and money

1 case is completely loose.. which is ur manufacturing mistake...
Other 2 cases are little bit loose .. Everyone who holds my mob is saying not to use it..
But still I didn't want to claim anything for other 2 cases... 1st one is ZAPVI fault and they r asking me only to replacement not refund .. so to replace pay Shipping charges of 60rs .. Case itself a 100rs..
I suggest not to go with such a idiotic negligence company

First of all ignore everyone complaining,
Covers are nice but don't expect perfection, fit is good but not as great as you get with in the box covers
Cover grabs my phone from 4 corners but there is a small gap between phone and cover on the sides, cover is thick as a silicon cover
You can get similar quality covers in offline market for same price, but I'd still chose zapvi for custom designs

I ordered some mobile covers from zapvi, my Order #607249 was placed on August 14, 2019 but they since not delivered my order and a single reply didn't come from the company, it was my mistake that I already paid money for my covers 555rs, the amount doesn't matter but they fooling all the people of the society and creating a bad impact on society by spreading these kinds of websites, at last I just want to say please block this site so that they can't fool other people

Please don't buy from this site. They don't give customer service at all. They neuther pick up the call nor reply to the mails. The cover fits tightly to my phone. It is completely useless but still they didn't return my money.

Hi...I ordered for a case for my samsung galaxy M11 on November 11 2020...they said me they will send the further details via sms or email...but none came in...I tried contacting them through contact no. And emails...but no reply...the nom was switched off...I tried all the available customer care no. In between two calls were picked up by two guys...one told me my order is cancelled, they will repay me and want to know my account details ..another guy contacted me said that he will SMS none came in...I feel entire thing as something similar to a scam ...later when I checked different sites I got to know tons of complaints piled up about it ...

I have ordered cover from Zapvi and I got a worst quality product and see the writing. Half it came in the edge.There printing quality is not good and it doesn't have proper finishing. I have sent mail to them. Atleast I need replacement or refund. They saying they can't. I have sent 3 mail they are saying same dialogue. They can't replace nor refund. One thing I have to say is don't cheat others everyone has value for money. Don't order from this site they will sent the worst quality products.

On confrontation, I came to know that the other mobile covers (undelivered) was not in stock even when I ordered. I asked for a different design in the same model, sent them a link of the same. They didn't bother to reply to it. After a tedious follow up, they mailed saying that my order was delivered and attached a screenshot of the earlier delivery they had made with one mobile cover.
They are duping people. This is the reason why people do not trust homegrown Indian brands, because of a few cheaters like Zapvi.
