I have placed an order on 23/04/2019 in www.zeby.in. it's been 3 days since the order and no updates on sms or email was given. I tried calling their customer care but it's out of service. Their customer care email does not exist. There's virtually no other way to communicate with this website. This is a fraud website and i would like to get my money back....

I bought a smart watch from zeby.com for 2200 rs and the product delivered was a different cheap smartwatch of about 500 rs and its not even working so i wanted to return the product as per their 72 hr return policy but i was not able to because there was no response to my email nor do they answer any of my calls. There is no contact possible with the website from my end other than me going to their store in haryana...

I ordered the lemmfo lem7 4g-lte gps smartwatch phone with 2g + 16g + wireless earpods whose order i which got me from bluedart. I got the name because of the full name of the packet.
Later when i opened the packet i was surprised.
Because i was a 4g lte smartwatch + wireless airpods. That was written even on the packet but only a small 2g watch was found inside the packet and nothing else....

Www.zeby.in is an online shopping portal is fake & fraud. Customer pays advance payment for purchase & this site does not give any mail confirmation for the purchase made. Customer care number given in website also fake. No response in calling mobile number & email id is getting bounce.

I have ordered lemfo lem7 smart watch from zeby.in shopping website and paid through paytm. I have received wrong product which is not matching with the one shown on website and all the configurations are different.

There is no return or replacement option is available on the website.

Also, i tries to reach the no provided on website for customer support but call was not answered even after multiple attempts....

No response from customer care and also not picking up call. Please help me😭. No response from mail or given number in the site. When i call ring goes but no response. And another time number is busy. Plz help...

i read all those and ordered that camera worth of 1899 and shipping charges will be 100 total i paid on cash on delivery and i opened the box. i observed in that they sent me another camera which is not having...

I had purchased a "1080p ultra hd action camera" from zeby.in online product selling website on 20/may/2018. I had made online payment of 1179 inr through paytm. But i did not received any confirmation date regarding the delivery. Today is 3/jun/2018, till now i have not received any product. I want my product asap.
