I stayed with zenify property ypr residency yemlur with rent 12500 and security deposit 60000 for one year, at the time of vacating the flat they send one guy for inspection, the guy said everything is ok only normal cleaning and painting is required which will cost you around 6000 and he took key and left, later i got a mail that they will charge 25000 for cleaning and painting, this is ridiculous and after complaining about this on mail...

We have stayed in apartment for 10 months and paid an amount for fixing the house equal to 35k and we had agreed on 12k paint amount. They are so rude and making tenants suffer. This site should be shut down as every tenant is suffering from them. The most ridiculous service. They loot money from poor people. This is not a business this is pure loot of poor and needy people in search of house. I strongly believe this will be resolved....

We rented a 3BHK flat from zenify in January 2016 and paid a security deposit of 117500 rupees.
Suddenly the owner asked us to vacate the flat by giving a notice of 30 days without any reason. We have vacated the flat on 19th June and still zenify hasn't refunded us our security deposit. I am an existing zenify customer and i wanted to move to another apartments within zenify itself. I am supposed to move to the new apartment (Prestige tranquility) on june 1st but in the last min.
