I had ordered smart watch model no Beet Q11 on Zepwear Store with Order #ZW_13161 on Date: 11.12.2019. and the estimated delivery date was 18.12.2019.

but I received on date 14.12.2019 about 17.00 hrs. a normal watch D34(M) in the name of smart watch. which is not as per order.

i am trying to call on the mobile number but it is always switched off.

After about 1-2 week i recieved the order, paid rs1000/-.. When i opened it the product was completely different, not even a smart watch, a local watch worth around rs100/-
I went through the store for refund options but they have no refund options & the email id they have given is just fake...

My self Sakthivel reference id :#9752 order 8705247order date 10 December 2019 and I orderd for the BQ11 Pro Smart Watch price 990 on ZEPWEAR.STORE n they send my fake wrist dumy watch. These people's are fake and fraud I called 15 time on their mobile number [protected] but they cut the call n when I send emails they do not reply back. These people's are fraud and making money out of this their phone no location is New Delhi in the name...

Ordered a cash on delivery for a Beet Q11 Pro Smart Watch from the Zepwear store online. Fake product was delivered with wrong order date and a contact number ([protected]) and mail ID (Help.[protected]@gmail.com) on the package.

So checked the google for a customer care number ( [protected]) and called. The person told me that a refund can be made if I had a Paytm or Googlepay. I reactivated my Googlepay this person calls back...

I had ordered smart watch but product is different... The watch is not s. Art watch its different wrist watch... I want to return product and my money back... Instead of smart watch a normal watch has been delivered... This people are playing with middle class people and i'm sure about this is a very big scam... They are showing a smart watch and they sending us a normal watch... For this product i have paid 990 and they sent the product worth rs 150... Kindly please help me out of this i just have to buy that smart watch......

I ordered a smart watch from zepwear but they delivered me kid wrist watch and which is broken too. These type of companies should be banned.
I am requesting you to plz file a complaint against this company and refund my money.
I am a college student and my dream was to buy this watch....
