Please take action against Ziffy or share the process for same as they are not returning my rental security which is around 50 K.
Please help.....

This company took the entire amount of rent and security along with move-in charges on my first day of move-in and the very next day in the morning, they sent a mail that the property needs to be vacated by the end of the month. I would like to report against ziffy homes which has been creating many troubles for me. I moved into their property by end of june and gave them enough time to repair and fix everything but the day i moved in everything was out of order. The property was poorly maintained since the current residents rented it out but stayed somewhere else and i had to call, mail ziffy several times a day to ask them to fix it. This particular company provides with the worst customer services, they do not respond to any complaints

the security money is also not being refunded on time and i had to face a lot of mental torture for the same

they also do not have any manners to treat there consumers . even the founder is as unresponsive as the employees .

Ziffy homes takes the security amount for renting flat/ pg of 2 months in advance along with other charges like moving charges.

When there is a time to move out they don't respond to calls and don't refund the security as well.

Thus, it is requested to look into the matter as the company exploit the money of the parents when a student takes the accomodation....
