Product not received...

I hve ordered a product but its nearly a week i dint receive any messages or email that product is arriving. And i cant track my order also. So refund my money as soon as possible or deliver my product...

I have ordered a products since a week ago. No cash on delivery available so i had paid amount through online. I didn't receive any message like product dispatching details till now from these website. I received only the mail that i have paid the amount. Atleast money should be refunded, if we don't get the products....

I ordered few things in smartly and paid online. I got a confirmation message but no response after that....

It's been 15 days since I've placed an order.
As there was no option for Cash on delivery, I have already paid the amount.
The payment was successful and I also received a message on confirming the order.
Now I'm not able to track the order and there is no response from the other end.
The phone number and email address mentioned in the website are fake....

I ordered a few things from this website named zmartly.in
I got the confirmation message from the website. But they didn't delivered the product nor given refund. They are not replying to the mails....
