We have booked car on 10th sept 2021 to 16th sept 2021. While traveling our car was breakdown & expenses paid by us. By the time zoomcar customer care representative told us to submit breakdown down bills & we will refund you the same. Till date we have not received any payment or call.

Hie my name is srinivas from past 2 months my refunds are not being processed by zoom car india pvt ltd, while am calling they just ask me time for 2 to 3 weeks i gave time but they are not responding me. My booking ids jps6ny8va pending amount 5756, 2. Jps6nypeo pending amount 3322, 3. Jps6n5agk pending amount 13112....

I booked a self drive car from zoomcar, my booking id was jps6nrxpv, for which i paid an advance booking amount of inr 5, 676.
Due to reasons the booking was cancelled by them at that particular moment, when reached to the customer care, the executive told me to wait as the refund has been initiated and he provided me the details via mail as well, also it was told by then that the amount will be reflected in my account by 4th of march...
