This is regarding my bookings jps6bhfy3 and jps6bhfma. On cancelling these bookings, only the security deposit has been refunded and the balance has been deducted as cancellation charges. On calling the customer care they said these are non-cancellable bookings and nothing can be done now unless i can produce a screen shot which as per them i should have taken while making the booking to prove that the booking process nowhere mentioned that...

Problem 1 :diesel knob got tightened wrongly the diesel pump worker refused to fill diesel as the knob was too tight if pressure was applied the knob would break so they refused then trying to open the knob process took almost more than an hour plus my blood pressure shot up at this situation it was like a nightmare within 1 hour of my journey we had to then contact customer care, but of no use....

Over a month i ended my trip and stilli wasnt refunded and this is notthe 1st time i feel stupid for using zoom, if calculations take time need to be posted to us whether it is verified or not but i was intimated that its been calculated, if this is the situation i feel not to use zoom anymore after my tefun of fuel is done.

They keep on telling that money has been credited to your citrus account but Even after me telling them i do not have a citrus account they still don't entertain me. The money they owe is Rs. 4700.
