I paid Rs 5, 000 through UPI (Ref No .[protected] initially and balance Rs 33, 000 through my financing partner Avanse with Loan Number - [protected] on Feb 24, 2022 to BYJU's after the self assessment made by them for CAT course.

Montly EMI of Rs 2, 750 deducted from acccount from Apr 7th 2022 onwards for the loan I availed from Avanse.

Dear Team,

On 22 June 2022 i made a payment for 1 month course for 7th grade, in instructions it was mentioned that after making payment you will receive a link on your registered mail id .But till now i didn't receive any response from them. When i tried to call them couple of times they will inform that we will consider the request and educational counsellor will call you in 15 mins. This happened for 2 days. When i ask for refund they are saying that ask sales team.
I received a mail for asking few details like order id, Mobile no., Email id and payment details.

i submitted all the screenshots of my payments done .

I left using byju's application film 2018 after my 10th class but still I am getting calls from byju's I am fed up of saying "please don't call me" to the person who is calling me but it have no use every month I receive calls from byju's, I did mail, I did complain over there official website, I try to find delete account option in application don't have delete account option in there i am wondering way this app not have delete account option.

Now i am totally fed up i am urging byju's PLEASE DONT CALL ME AGAIN .

We have order a online class for our daughter but we did not attend even an single minute of the class by the evening of the day we ordered we cancelled the order but still not refunding the amount and no response for the byjus company we are facing very hurdle kindly help us to get the refund amount as soon by the company

I asked to cancel my byju's subscription of 11 + 12 JEE course, but they have illegally subscribed me to the course.
I did not even opt for the course and now every month some amount to IIFL Loan is being deducted.
I want immediate response over this and cancellation as soon as possible, plus refund of all the illegal amount collected as of now from the 11 23 jee course.

I have purchased online classes package of five years from byjus.we are paying monthly EMI of 6500/- now we want to discontinue this classes because of some financial crises.we cannot pay it further.so please cancel it.

I asked to cancel my byju's subscription of 11 + 12 JEE course. I wanted immediate response for my email and cancellation as soon as possible.
The reason for cancellation is my financial issues and my studies. I dont want to continue learning JEE so I'm stopping the course too. I'm trying to contact them from the last month I.e. immediately after I received the tablet. You have given 15 days return policy...

I am father of Student Harshit. My registered number is [protected]. I purchase a plan of BYJU's. I paid advance Rs. 5000/- . But when i cancelled their agent said to me i have to purchase full plan then i cancel . I did but now they are not responding to me. They did not attend my call . They did not respond to me on email properly.

I purchsed on[protected] . I received there products on[protected]. According to their policies i cancel plan within 15 days after product received. I cancelled on[protected] and[protected] i mailed.
I need my money back . I have mailed them many times . Many times i called.

They are fraud.

I have taken Byjus subscription and received tab and paid fee for 2 yrs but since last 3 month byjus are not giving classes to my kid, neither customer service support are helping

I don't want any of your coaching because I don't have enough time for it and it doesn't work out the way as one of your counsellor explained to me. So it's a request from me to please cancel my daughters admission from this byjus coaching . I don't want any further explanation.

I have one doubt that these many months i am not studying the course no one contacted me about the studies what i am studying how much it completed or what is my present status but they always contacted about i am not paying the EMI. I don't want any refund but i just want cancel my subscription to byju's...

Regretfully I like to draw your kind attention that Byjus is one esteemed learning platform but such iresponse work surprising me. My request please stop the auto EMI debit system and immediately cancel the programme.

I am a student of class 11 attending Byju's Aakash online classes for JEE. I get to attend the classes in bilingual (hindi) mode. I found the teachers not appropriate to the standard of Byju's, which was the reason I chose this coaching.

So, I request to get the mode changed to english with good standard of teachers.

Also, there should some criteria for the selection of batches which would ensure some uniformity...

When I open my account in byjus premium app it won't pin please solved my problem.

On 24th April, one counsellor came to my house and did the crash course admission in which i had pay Rs 5000 downpayment(in cash) +Rs 1000 in gpay 2 days later.The counsellor told me it was free till 6th June and after 6th june onwards, if i don't wanna continue i can cancel it anytime.So on 6th june i told him i want the cancellation, he told me to sent email and customer care.I did as he told me, but when calling the customer care several...

I have Bought byjus online and offline course for my daughter for 3 years(class 10 to 12 including neet).But from 70 days(11 April 2022) my kid is not able to join byjus online and offline course due to byjus bad service.she even not joined a single online or offline class from 11 April 2022.furthermore we haven't received akash byjus books yet.please help to resolve our issue .i will be very thankful to you.
