I was purchased the product 3 months back, I paid 5000 rupees Initially after every month they said monthly EMI 2002 rupees am paying right now month of July 20th 2021 i emailed the customer care please discontinue this course due to my financial situations also my child not able to understand this English, also till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us there is no guidance to my child. I send the mail for byjus support team for cancellation the course, but they said not possible to discontinue this course, when we have demo class my Mentor Vidhya/Anish they confirmed, you can discontinue this course in between also, that’s why I have chosen this course, I emailed July 20th am not get any reply form byju’s customer care, I have emailed gentle reminder also, I get call from IIFL finance Team only to make the payment, MY EMI not active am paying manually only, this month they are pulling to me pay 2002 rupees due to financial situation am not pay, I don’t want to my refund, but please discontue the course hereafter am not pay the EMI. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. IIFL team one day they are calling minimum 10 times to pay the EMI even you attend the call also every 30minutes they calling
