I have ordered the product and upon receiving and using it for 2 days felt that it is not the suitable product for me and hence requested for cancellation but the customer care is not supporting for the same and talking rudely. This is not expected from a company like byjus This is really bad and i want to proceed legally I will make sure that i will get justice and i encourage everyone to do the same Please help us in getting the refund. I buy 2 months before byjus for my neice he is studying 4th std unfortunately he can't learn i contact byjus team they told me cannot cancel this is cheating my registered mobile number is [protected].. please help i want to cancel it... they are cheting the customers
