Byjus — byju's tablet learning course | |||
I had purchased the tablet learning course around 20 days ago. We tried to use it. But we experienced some technical hiccups. My daughters were taking a lot of time to sort it out. We tried to contact them on a couple of occassions, but we couldn't get connected. Being dissatisfied with the lukewarm response and customer service, we decided not to use it. Because we were told by the representative who visited our place and pursuaded us to purchase it that if we don't use it adequately in the first 15 days, it would be taken back. As soon as i received the consignment i informed the byjus and i was promised that he would visit my place. That hasn't happened. Now when i made the request for cancellations of the course, a few silly arguements were raised by the byjus. I am not able to contact anyone from byjus except one representative. He keeps repeating the same everytime. I need everyone's help in relving this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
