Byju's — Cancel my subscription

My name - Lalatendu mahanta .I want to cancel my course. My mother can't able to pay the fees of my course. Byjus' agent who came to my house gave no documents and told me that I can stop this course anytime.But two months are going and I want to stop my course nothing is happen.
