Byju's — cancellation of tablet course

Respected sir, i purchase the tablet course for my daughter but we don, t know that our emi loan is only for 1 year. We thought that our emi loan is for 5 years so, we slowly slowly fill the loan amount.
There is problem in my home so we cant afford the amount of loan and also my daughter don't study in byju's tablet. She don't want to study on tablet.
Before our tablet coming to home, we complaint to byju's customer care that please you cancel our order.
But they don't cancel our order till today, we complaints many time to byju's customer care or ankit jaiswal which is come my home for giving us byju's plan.
We call him many times for cancel my order before the tablet coming.
We are poor not rich please you cancel our byju's tablet plan and transfer all money to my bank account.
