Byju's — complain to stop/terminate the emi/course

Good morning
This is regarding byju’s product for classes 3=10+11+12 cbse in the name of pankaj.
Loan number= kar18e[protected]. I am extremely sorry to say that my son, pankaj is not interested in byju’s products.
So that i request you that i want to terminate the study loan or close the loan (Loan number= kar18e[protected]. At present we are facing financial issues also please provide us the address of byju’s office so that we can return the tab (Product-course).

Hence please suggest us how we can close this loan.
