Byju's — Fake promise...indiscipline representative..harassment through call

Dear Madam/Sir
I am Sravanthi.G On October 2021, I along with my husband went to grocery shopping where one person approached us and took our phone number saying people will call you regarding your kids education. Later byjus people called and said about their course and fees. Since I was not In a position to buy it. I said I will think about it next month. But they continously called again and again saying that they will give an offer of dedicated mentor, if I buy now . And such offer is not available for other people who buy byjus. Or if you buy online. I asked them will they provide certificate at the end of the year after completing year class like school. They said that till 4th standard their certificate can be used to join any school. After asking all things when I asked time to join byjus they took advance from me 10k at first then again they called and took 6k which in great difficulty I paid. First month when delivered product they called and spoke to us regarding installation. Immediately on first week only I said that my daughter is not staying with me so please don't call to my number and I gave two alternate number of my motherin law and sister in law. And asked them to call to that number only. Which they agreed. First month since I was not staying with my kid I could not able to see byjus classes or course. Second month I went home and looked on byjus, then I realized that my kid is not understanding anything. On the same month which is second month after purchase byjus mentor called to my daughter number and said her birthday wish. And said that he will call again after 15 days since I was going through the byjus classes for the first time.. and that was the last call byjus mentor made to my daughter October 19th. I waited for whole month for their call . Then I requested to cancel the product since apart from first 40 days odd they didn't called my daughter nor they thought her or asked her anything which they showed while selling byjus product. I waited and waited. Later I sent mail saying that no service from your person and your course is not in a way that the kid can understand by herself. There after I called several times asking to close the byjus and stop emi. Later their person said that they don't provide any certificate at the end of the year. I said them that no mentor calling and you don't provide certificate means you people said false things to me at the beginning and sold your product to me. I use to get several call from finance department and from byjus to my number regarding emi payment and cancellation request. But none of them calling my daughter number to teach her or to ask her how her study going. We were arguing same from last 3 months now. I have paid nearly 25k plus for last 5 months. They say we have records of calls to my number . I have been saying same to them again and again that all calls you people from byjis are making to discuss emi and cancelation things..every time I am asking have you spoke to my daughters or taught anything to my daughter... what about the dedicated mentor offer thing. .. but they were not answering for that..only arguing samething that calls were made for you. I also said that don't call me call my daughter to teach. But they do only emi payment arguement and cancellation arguement..

Last 4 months I have been facing mental harassment.. they speak very badly...no manners at all.. they don't listen to what I say.
They start to argue and say their own thing even when I am explaining.. they argue like anything.. they speak about my financial status. Disrespect me... they always show unmannered behavior. Tease me.. every day different people call and discuss the same..but they are not looking at the promise they made while selling product..they are not giving service or start giving service. They are not accepting their mistakes. They saying marketing is different..finance is different..mentor are different and we don't care about it. You took the product now pay for it. Arguement were so intense that I feel like I can't take it anymore.. they wasted 5 months of my child education. They took my money.. they are not giving any service.. not even canceling the product. Only thing they are doing is torching me by calling to my number..and arguing. It's been more than 3 months since this arguement started.. I paid 3 in 4 month EMI. and also 16k advance.
I cannot take it anymore sir.. I joined my daughter to regular school lately... these byjus people has given me immense stress and giving now also.. I am loosing my self.
They call and torchure like anything.. speak mannerlessly.. even they have taken my money they talk to Me very badly. No respect at all..all their people are same.. arguing and trying to dominate..and say that they were correct. Not accepting their fault ..once EMI payment done no calls at all. They say they made calls and all those calls are to me regarding emi payment. No calls to my daughter. Please cancel this product and save me Sir.. I done even want to listen their name.. we were having family issue because of this. Since they call to my husband number and always argue with him..
They people said nice things and called again and again and forced us to buy their product. Now not providing service and not even canceling when we said that we don't want it. Our hard earned money getting wasted.. my daughter not learning a bit from this. These byjus people not helping her also not calling her nothing. It been several month. We just want to get out of this .. please help me...please.
