We have registered with BYJU's before a month and then request cancellation within given trial period of 15 days, however they have extended 20 more days and again we have requested for cancellation within the time. Now we ended up with talking many people with their customer service, senior management, cancellation team and they said they will escalate the request to concern team, but I didn't receive any confirmation for cancellation and no refund details provided yet.
Please can someone assist in this matter.
