Byjus Learning App — byjus subscription cancellation

I mrs nita patel took the byjus subscription on 9 september 2018 and i got product on 16 september, it's almost one month now, i sent to cancel subscription but thebyjus team but responding for that and asking me that the cancellation of subscription is not possible as it one month now but their rule only tell us that we r not eligible for refund after 15 days of subscription but not telling us the cancellation is not possible. Byjus is big cheater. Pl take some action.
