Byju's — Non-transparent, unprofessional and unethical ways of trapping vulnerable parents and asking for documents in piecemeal manner | |||
I am asking for a refund of the registration fees paid on 31/7/2021 for my son. I am completely dissatisfied and extremely disappointed with the entire piecemeal procedure and total lack of transparency followed by ByJus. The official email from ByJus was received by me on 2/8/21 i.e. two days after having paid the registration fee. Nobody from ByJus office explains the entire list of documents and reason for it clearly and at one go. I have already shared my Adhar details, my Pan card details, my Bank Statement for the last three months and my cancelled Cheque. Also why should Online Tution Classes require this kind of personal data from parents? A completely new kind of information about a financer and EMI has emerged. This is highly unethical. Nobody from ByJus office has given in writing that this data will not be shared further though I had specifically asked for it in my email on 4/08/21. Considering the mental harassment which it has given us I have already asked for a refund before. No trial classes as repeatedly requested have happened even after so many days of paying registration fee. I am clearly asking for a refund of the registration fee paid by me in the most urgent manner. Was this information helpful? | |||
