Byju's — Not able to upgrade the course materials from class 5 to 6

I purchased byju's premium course for the name of my daughter AASTHA RATHORE for class 4 to 12 and paid Rs. 108500/- on 26.04.2019 from Byjus Employee Aastha Shukla Employee Id no. 21816433

we try to upgrade the course materials from class 5 to 6 in Tab but we are not able to upgrade code error during occurs.
Already emailed the payment receipt to my mentor Mr. Hitesh his email id hitesh.[protected]@byjus.com and [protected]@byjus.com

We called them many times customer care and from last ten days no one call to us and our problem not solved so far.
Kindly take the necessary action to solve the problem or refund the money.
