My son got a Class 10 scholarship and as we had taken the course specifically for Maths and English grammar classes, but they told that scholarship was for all subject except Tamil, but within five days the mentor told that there will not be grammar classes. So, I have requested to cancel the course the next days itself. The order was canceled by informing the counselor on the phone (as per what was told by the counselor) the next days itself.
This course was ordered on 27/11/2021 and payment was made through Bajaj FinServ. We received all the study material on 5/12/2021 ( tab). After that I had canceled the order on 10/12/2021 or 11/12/2021.
Now even after one and half month, I have not received the refund and the first EMI has already been deducted from my bank.
I have made call to the counseler and everytime the reply is " it is in process." I have called the customer care and each time they will say within five minutes the mentor will call you, on both these different mentor was there. I had made the call the first time on my mobile and second call through the registered mobile at Bjyu's.
