[Resolved]  Byjus — Not refunding money

Respected Sir
I, Mahaveer Prasad Gaur father of Divyanshi Gaur had taken a Byju's course (Class 4th standard CBSE Board) by Mr Sudarshan and Mr Pranjal from Byju's manager. They Promised me after teaching of 15 days (Trial period) you can decided to further wanted this course or not then I told him Sir I am working outside (Tamil Nādu Coimbatore District) as my daughter lives in my home town Sultanpur (UP). So, I am going to leave in month of Sep 22 so kindly Start my 15 Days trial periods once I reach to my Home Town then I will decide to go further in this course. Then they told me OK No issue. We will provide your Trial period after 08 th of Sep 22 then you have time to decide for 15 days means up to 23 Sep 22. Sir it was the discussion on 30 July 22 then they told me that if you paid it now then you will find concession in fee and course for 3 years. Sir on 30 Jul 22 I paid 5000/ as a registration fee. Sir they provided me loan from IIFL company for one-year total amount rupees 65283/ for one year as an EMI 5950/ per month (Copy annexed). Between that they delivered me one tablet on 06 Aug 22 and books on 24 Aug 22 (message receipt attached). On 23 Aug 22 I sent an email to Byju's regarding cancellation of my course and refund my registration fee and in that I also mention whatever cancellation charge you please can cut it after calling to Mr. Sudarshan, they only provided me cancellation email of Byju. Byjus cancellation department asked me few details regarding course I sent to them immediately after that they replied me through email in that they mention we have received and registered your refund request and our doing our best to address it our senior manager to call you within next 24 hours to help resolve your concern in the best possible ways (Copy attached). After this I emailed so many times and called to customer care no then only one reply, I got my Senior manager will you and you get your solution sir I called more than 100 time mean while I request customer executive as my course is in cancellation process so, please sent an email to your loan team not to deduct my EMI. Sir customer executive did it and EMI did not deduct from my account till month of October. On 02 Nov 22 I got a message from Byju your EMI Amount Rupees 5833/ will be due on 07 Nov 22. Then again, I call to Byju and intimate regarding this message then they give me finance department no[protected]. Sir I call this no once i say regarding cancellation of course then immediate they cut my call. Sir i called more than 10 times, I did not get any solution. Today on 03 Nov 22 Mr Ankur Gupta called me as a power of Senior manager and told me that your cancellation will not be possible because your trial course (15 Days) has been completed then i told him my trial periods will be started after 08 Sep 22 and i sent an email 23 Aug 22 and you replied me your cancellation is in process so how can you say that then they told me once you receive product then Byjus assume your trial period has started. Sir I told him that I received books tablet and books on 06 Aug, 24 Aug 22 respectively and earlier also I asked that my trial periods should be start from 08 Sep 22 that’s why my daughter did not take classes as I am knowing my trials periods will be start after 08 Sep 22.
Then they told me it Byju's policy your Refund will not be possible. Regarding these issues I complain in Consumer forum docket no. 3807746 but Consumer Forum disposed the case as Buju's not replying to Consumer Forum. I again called to consumer forum and asked my problem then they instruct me go to E DAKHIL.NIC.IN. Sir Last 2 days I was trying for writing on E DAKHIL but site is not opening.
Sir I called and message (on what’s app) also so many times to Mr Sudarshan and Mr Pranjal (Byju’s manager) but they are not answering on call as well as what’s app. Sir how they are calculating 15 days suppose if they are right while he is not, even though my daughter did not take class and even though sir on 06 Aug 22 and 24 Aug 22 my daughter received tablet and books respectively in which 06, 07, 13, 14, 20, 21 Aug 22 are Saturday and Sunday while my daughter did not take any classes. Sir this might be only 2 or 3 classes will be taken by my daughter after that I stopped her not to take class as I am going to cancelled it and the classes was familiarisation of tablet
Sir it’s my humble request to you kindly help me out. I got mental harassed because Byju’s team is not cancelling my course and wanted to take rupees 71283/-. It my hard work and honest earning.
Sir Kindly Instruct Byju’s team to do the needful and cancel my E- Mandate and also refund my registration fees. I along with my families will be grateful to you
