Byju's — regarding penalty charges for byju's

We took one byjus kit for my son residing in hyderabad, in dec'2018 for rs 67, 000, paid cash of rs 4, 000 and paid rs 9000 through cheque.
For remaining rs 54000, your counselor advised for an emi of rs 4500 per month in a tenure of 12 months (January 2019 to december 2019)
We accepted the same. And we at the time of acceptance strongly conveyed that we can't pay before 15th of any month.
But he assured your emi shall not be bounced and shall be taken care of himself personally. And in the process, your counselor has taken my cheques and bank statements for required processing. During processing, he said that you are unable to process though my hdfc bank account and took my husband account details and processed through my husband's rbl bank account.. At that time (On 11th dec 2018), i asked byjus counselor that we received messages for nach process for both of my account and my husband account also. He responded that he first tried in hdfc account and it was cancelled in hdfc.
In the months of january 2019 and february 2019, amount paid through my husband's account that is rbl account.
But in the month of march 2019, we received messages for 2 accounts again and processed for hdfc and rbl accounts. We didn't pay this month emi due to this issue. We sent my account statement to byjus finance department and i am penalized 1180 rs because of byjus team. We have tried to reach byjus counselor, but he was not responded to our calls, he responded for our message on march 11th and replied that he resolved the issue. But still issue remains as same. Again byjus team processed for ecs on hdfc account on 18th of march, so i am penalized unnecessarily for which i am confidently informed that from day 1 my account has been cancelled for an ecs form. After so many calls and complaints and mails, then they checked and told that counselor who came to my house created 2 accounts in the name of my son.
Byjus team cancelled my hdfc nach account and at the time also we strongly mentioned that after they settles the penalty charges only we will pay march 2019 emi.
But till now they haven't called and spoke regarding the march2019 emi and for refund charges.
From april 2019 to december 2019 we paid the remaining emi's. After that we called to byjus finance team to please settle the penalty charges and close the issue for march 2019 emi. But surprisingly told that we are due for 2 emi's for the months of march 2019 and april 2019. After so many calls also they stated as we are due for 2 emis's. We sent april 2019 statement screenshot in the whatsap of some of byjus team. We wrote mails to proiritysupport of byjus also but there is no progress from byjus team.in the month of january also we are penalised 600 rs.
Everyday byjus finance team calling me and my husband to pay the amount and everyday we are complaining about this and asked them to update the april payment.
We already told to byjus finance team, that after receiving confirmation in the form of mail we are ready to pay the amount. Please help us to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We don't want to prolong this issue.
