My complaint against BYJU'S that he is not respond my cancellation and refund request of Rs 15000 .The company given the Tablet program with the cancellation and refund policy with In 15 days of package. After buying this we know about the company unprofessional behavior and lot of problem about this package. Then i was decide to cancel this order. I was send a request e-mail for cancellation an order and my refund request from date. After that i am regularly following up with his helpline and e-mail but no response.Same msg come in email but no satisfactory answer will come. Before this i want to close this order cancellation and want my refund amount and Stop auto debit EMI without the permission of the customer.I was just raising the complaint from dec 1 till I didnt get any good response from the team.
