I had taken the gre course in march 2018 and i had ₹35, 000 for the same. However, i was later disappointed as i received upsc materials. I later got to find out i was registered to a upsc course. I tried to contact the customer care for three months for an exchange but to no avail.in december, i returned the materials for cancellation after a long attempt to get it exchanged and even gave the bank account details. Now it’s march 2019, i haven’t received any refund from them even though i have been placing complaint everyday but i haven’t received any call from the refund team. Now i’m fed up and have lost all my patience. I hope someone can help me out with this.
