[Resolved]  Byju's — Request for cancellation and refund

Hi, my sister was forced to enroll for Byju's classes for her 5 years old kid and they have taken an advance payment of 8000 INR. Later my sister decided to not opt for this course as her child is not yet ready to take the classes. So she requested for the cancellation and refund of advance money. They have created a ticket number for the same but so far no progress made on this. My sister is tired of contacting byju customer care executive from last 2 months. Customer care executives kept saying they will arrange a call back from mentor but till now not a single call is received.

I have received a call back from Byju manager. She has promised for refund at the earliest. Meanwhile, I will keep this complaint open and wait for full refund before marking it as resolved.
