Byju's — Request for cancellation and refund

Hi Team,
I have made a payment of Rs 5000 on 9-Jan-2022 (UPI transaction id[protected] for my son.
But Byju's admission team is not giving me proper response for my queries regarding payment process. So I cancelled my enrollment on 12-Jan-22. They acknowledged it and raised request for 26810881 for the same. I did not received the refund yet. I am not able to reach any one in Byju's team. Even education Counselors(parasaran.[protected]@byjus.com and jithin.[protected]@byjus.com) are not responding to my mails. During enrolment they promised for refund if cancelled within 15 days. I have emails and their audio proofs.
