[Resolved] Byju's — Request to change SD card for 3 months | |
Hi, I took Byju's for my son 3 years back and my son was studying in CBSC board. My son got admitted to ICSC board this year and we requested to change the SD card with ISCS curriculum 3 months back. But we did not receive any SD card even the mentor/support person assured that in 1 week. This is going on for last 3 months that every time we call the mentor tell we would get the new SD card in 1 week and we receive nothing. Interestingly when I ask for the request number or complain no they simply deny to provide the same. we understand by providing false commitment but denying a complain/request number is a trick to deceive a customer as the customer can not challenge if the company fail to provide a service. This is complete unprofessional and unethical practice by Byju's. Now the device is of no use and I feel my money has gone to vain. Was this information helpful? | |
