My sd card got corrupted 10 days ago. I have issued complaint regarding this and then it is being told that i will receive new sd card. I haven't received my sd card till now even my request has not been processed till now. I have problem in my studies. I have bought the tablet course on 15 December 2020. I have called to the team of byju's after 10 days and they are saying that till now my memory card has not been dispatched. It's really irresponsible behavior that no one is solving the issue till now.
