I bought the app recently, for my son who is going to 8th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it then it worked fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy.
