[Resolved] Byju's — wrong product | |
I recently ordered a byjus monthly trail pack for std.10th cbse. When i got the delivery, the product i got was 10th icse, which means that i ordered for cbse and i got icse. I called the customer care and they just kept arguing with me that cbse and icse are same and it is a foundation and the portions would be there in it. I said them that the portions are not same then also they just kept arguing with me about the same. Are the customer care people illiterate that they cannot even differ between cbse and icse.
