[Resolved] Byjusclasses.com — No proper response even after multiple mails for refund | |||||
I purchased a test series IAS 2016 prelims from byjus.com. Even after calling for 7-8 times about refund status and mailing for a confirmation about refund process initiation, they don't assure anything. They are so annoying, every time i call customer care, they say it is in process. Please beware of Byjus commercial classes. they are least bothered about students career. i called 4 days continuously for 4 days and mailed to sales @ byjusclasses.com and also to customer care Nikita williams and sarah, prateek 4 times continuously.
they dont check the status of the order.
they just say, they do not have any information about refund status even after 4 days and they boast it as a customer care number.
It does not matter about student choice or career.
they just want to make money.
Please friends dont go to this kind of institutes which do not care for students.
