The ladies sitting in caan wings consultants, jalandhar are totally misguiding the people for sending them to australia on p. R. Basis. Their main motive is only to fetch more and more money from the innocent people and the ladies sitting in the office are paid commission out of the said amounts. I paid a huge money to the ladies sitting in caan wings in the year 2015 for sending me and my family to australia on p. R. Basis but till today they have done nothing, now i have come to know that their main motive was only to extract money from me by fraudulent manners. These ladies have kept a man namely balraj gupta whom i had never met. Now he is quarreling with me and that person is meant for quarreling with the people whose money has been swallowed by these ladies. I have taken legal action against them in the courts and they are facing trial. The whole property of balraj gupta has been put to auction and sale i. E. His residential house, rattan hospital, jalandhar, his landed property etc. For the recovery of 1.50 crores as they are under huge debts that is why they are extracting much more money from the innocent people to pay off their debts. Even fir no. 41 of 2016 was also registered against diamond sodhi at police station division no. 6 jalandhar for sending students to u. K. On study basis but she swallowed their entire money and did not send even a single student to u. K. This is the character of these ladies and balraj gupta. So, no person should give any money to them as they are totally cheaters. They have closed down their consultancy in delhi after extracting crores of rupees from the residents of delhi and adjoining areas and have run away from there also. Mr. Mukul Arora, an advocate by profession is on a life-long mission to malign and mislead people about CAANWINGS Consultants Private Limited. The reasons for this agenda seem to be his ulterior motive at defaming CAANWINGS, a competitor maybe. The huge allegations made by him are very funny. None of our staff is being paid commissions or has any targets. All cases are first reviewed by our Director Ms. Diamond Sodhi and only eligible applicants are signed up. Mr. Mukul Arora, who now claims to be working as a Lawyer had earlier claimed to be working as an Assistant [Legal Executive] to a Lawyer and obtained a positive assessment through CAANWINGS. Hundreds of Visas obtained by CAANWINGS is a huge testimony of the expertise and the reputation the company. which it is proud of for almost 20 years. The very desperate claims about properties, debts and an FIR standing in the name of anyone including Diamond Sodhi is sheer propoganda by Mukul Arora. It is morally unacceptable for any person to be pointing fingers at the character of women and this attracts crime against working women. And by the way, all our offices except Jalandhar have been kept un-operational due to COVID-19, so stop talking nonsense that CAANWINGS has run away with money and closed Delhi office. Mr. Arora, you are advised to refrain from these activities else a stern legal action will now be initiated by the company or its Directors.
One, “Cheated” is a verdict pronounced and held up by you. As for your Police and Redressal comment, every citizen of this country has the right to approach the Police and the Consumer Forums for their grievance [whether it is true or not]. The companies also approach the police when someone targets them with an ulterior motive and respond to the Consumer complaints [if and when any]. Hard earned money is at both the ends. Companies that have sent scores of people abroad have worked very hard on the entire visa and migration procedure. Therefore, it is the hard-earned money of the consultants as well. This victim narrative does not work everywhere as in many cases the companies become the victims. Those in businesses would know how at times they are taken advantage of and maliciously targeted for someone’s personal agenda at defaming them. You, being a lawyer should know that our Consumer Courts are very competent and deliver judgements fast for the convenience of the appellant. Of course, harassing someone online can be a five-year long effort or more. While anyone has a right to post, but posts should be factual [not half-truth] and not misleading, and the companies have every right to put their version on the table and respond to such posts. What exactly did you mean by a manufacturing company? I hope you understand what a service industry and a consultancy mean? Were you ever made to sign a blank contract and being a lawyer, you want this to be believable that you signed a blank contract? This is a serious allegation and thanks for putting this on the public domain, will respond to your fictitious allegation at an appropriate forum. Let me understand this better…..so you’re saying that people have not migrated abroad, everyone has been befooled [for the last 20 years] and it is a travel agency shop and not a company. Sir, with due respect, we are a consultancy business and a “company”. However, your comment is written with the intent of demeaning the Travel Agencies through whom people [am sure you too must have at some point of time] buy tickets and holiday plans. There are stringent governmental requirements for being in this business including a license and being tax payees. You have been spattering a lot very persistently for the last many years. People are very wise and do their research well before engaging a consultant. Your continuous crusade to put down CAANWINGS for the last so many years is also something the online readers would think over with an objective and an analytical mind.
