Had booked cab through cab bazar (https://cabbazar.com/) for an emergency purpose. On the way met with a small accident, and couldn't complete the journey with the cab. The driver pleaded for complete payment, quoting reasons that he didn't have money to repair, it was an unknown place for him, and that too the incident happened at early morning 4'o clock. Thinking that the company will be professional and would address my grievance once issue was reported, i made the payment, and continued the journey on my own. But instead, when contacted, they were absolutely rude, and told there wouldn't be any refund, and it was my mistake to have made the payment. And now i'm not able to contact them as well (May be got blocked), so this is the only way i can voice myself now.
There is no feedback mechanism for review also, on trip completion. The only thing they did is communication of an invoice based on driver's input.

Before they asked for booking id, had furnished the same, but still a standard automated response comes asking again for booking id, which clearly indicates their standard of customer service - pathetic.!
I suggest all my friends to book from local operator or other, otherwise these people will loot and you will also be helpless Was this information helpful? |
